About Susana
Business has always been personal to me.
Like many first-generation kids, respect, honesty and integrity were the core values that defined my rich upbringing. As a working college student in New York City, I was strapped for cash and time. I quickly learned that relationship building and creative problem solving are my true superpowers. In early 2000, I entered the world of hospitality and never looked back.
Over the course of my career, I have worked with musical giants like Madonna, Elton John, and Q-Tip and global brands such as Clase Azul Mexico, LVMH, Nike Sportwear, and Baccarat Hotels. My rich experience has taught me that absolutely no one does it alone. After 15 years of building a career rooted in trust, integrity, and courage, I decided to go out on my own, focusing on projects and businesses that are most aligned with my core values.
